Four hours more and i have to go to Heathrow, here we go again. I think everything will be just fine today with all that air travel chaos and holidays finally beginning.
I should be in Zagreb/Croatia around 8PM and i have only four hours for decorating Christmas Tree but ok, it's more than enough.
I like to think about clothes for Christmas Day and i know there is no any specific style or way of dressing but i have few tips.
Avoid all usually everyday clothes like jeans, sportswear, pyjamas and other. If you are alone at Christmas or you plan to spend it in the bed that's fine but if you are with your family and guests try to look better.
Don't go to far , just few details and nice fabrics will be enough. You can miss it with nice sweater, depends about place but if you are somewhere in the town choose nice soft materials, pale and light colors and tighter shapes. If you have lucky and spend Christmas day somewhere in the winter wonderland, try one of those super sweet sweaters with reindeers, snow mans...
Also avoid dresses , they are little bit too much for Christmas lunch but nice skirt will be great choice.
discreet jewelry and touch of perfume ( you can wear sweet, heavy fragrances in this occasions ).
For men the situation is the same. If you prefer jeans you can wear it but choose dark one without any pale or destroyed parts. Nice sweater above classic shirt will be great, and you can avoid tie. Nice watch and shiny shoes are enough.
